Important: The terms in effect at the time of your purchase, enrollment, or booking apply to that transaction. Site-specific terms presented at checkout on affiliated platforms govern where they conflict with these general Terms.
Introduction

Welcome to The Detroit Business Boutique LLC ("The Detroit Business Boutique," "The Business Boutique," "The Biz Boutique," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all services, platforms, digital products, physical spaces, memberships, and offerings operated by or affiliated with The Detroit Business Boutique, including:

  • TheBiz.BoutiquePrimary business hub — memberships, service orders, coworking, and private rentals
  • HostMyPost.comUSPS-approved postal and virtual mailbox services powered by Anytime Mail
  • PrimoPrompts.comDigital prompt guide ecommerce store (additional site-specific terms apply at checkout)
  • FunnelMyNiche.comFunnel administration, hosting, and design services (these Terms govern unless superseded by site-specific terms at checkout)
  • TheGeekLinkGo High Level (GHL)-powered platform including hosting, CRM support, and member service orders

By accessing or using any of our services, websites, platforms, or physical spaces, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Note on Site-Specific Terms: Where additional or separate terms are presented at the time of checkout or enrollment on any affiliated platform, those site-specific terms govern for that transaction. In all cases, the terms in effect at the time of your purchase or enrollment apply to that order.

Acceptance of Terms

By using any service, purchasing any product, booking any space, or registering for any membership under The Detroit Business Boutique or its affiliated platforms, you confirm that:

  • You have read and agree to these Terms in their entirety;
  • You are at least 18 years of age;
  • You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, whether on your own behalf or on behalf of a business entity;
  • You understand that these Terms may be updated at any time, and that continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Services Overview

The Detroit Business Boutique provides a range of services, which may be offered individually or as part of packaged memberships, including but not limited to:

Services are subject to availability and may change at any time. The scope of any service is defined by the specific offering, package, or agreement in place at the time of purchase.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use any of our services or enter into a binding agreement under these Terms. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and deny or terminate service to any party that does not qualify.

Accounts, Bookings & Registration

Certain services require account registration, platform access credentials, or advance booking. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration or booking;
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
  • Accept responsibility for all activity conducted under your account;
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security breach.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

Payments & Fees
5.1General Payment Terms

All services must be paid in full at the time of purchase or enrollment unless a separate written payment agreement is established. Pricing is presented at checkout and is subject to change. The price and terms in effect at the time of your purchase apply to that transaction.

5.2Recurring Billing

Subscription-based services — including but not limited to virtual mailbox services, platform hosting, and memberships — are billed on a recurring basis as specified at enrollment. Subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current rate unless canceled in accordance with Section 6.

5.3Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services until the outstanding balance is resolved. You remain responsible for all fees accrued prior to suspension or termination.

5.4Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or assessments related to your purchase.

Cancellation & Credit Policy
All Sales Are Final. Due to the customized, digital, and time-bound nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on completed services, digital products, or any service where work has been initiated.
6.1Service Credits

In circumstances where a credit is determined appropriate at our sole discretion, credits will be issued as store credit applicable toward future services with The Detroit Business Boutique. All credits expire within one (1) year of issuance, hold no cash value, and are non-transferable. Additional terms applicable to a specific offering at the time of checkout may further define or limit credit eligibility.

6.2Recurring Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds or credits are issued for unused time within a paid billing period. To cancel, follow the cancellation process in your member portal or submit a request via our Contact page.

6.3Venue & Space Booking Cancellation

Cancellations of space bookings (coworking days, private rentals) must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance to be eligible for a store credit toward a future booking. Cancellations made within 72 hours and no-shows are non-refundable and ineligible for credit.

6.4Service Order Cancellation

Member service orders submitted for TheGeekLink or other platform services may be canceled before work begins for a credit. Once a service order has been initiated, it is considered rendered and no credit will be issued.

Defined Terms for Service Scope

To avoid ambiguity, the following definitions apply to all offerings under The Detroit Business Boutique:

"Basic CRM" / "Basic CRM Setup" Any reference to a "basic CRM," "CRM setup," or similar language in any package, offering, or promotional material refers exclusively to contact management functionality — the ability to store, organize, and manage contact records within the platform. This does not include automations, pipelines, workflows, campaigns, integrations, custom reporting, or any advanced GHL features unless explicitly stated in a separate written scope of work or upgrade agreement.
"Unlimited Hosting" Any reference to "unlimited hosting" pertains to platform-level capacity related to: number of contacts stored, platform storage allocation, and self-service (DIY) access to funnel and/or website building tools within the hosting environment. "Unlimited hosting" does not apply to managed services, design labor, service orders, or ongoing technical support, which are billed separately.
"Done-For-You" (DFY) Services Done-for-you services include only the deliverables explicitly described in the applicable offer at the time of purchase. Scope creep, revision requests beyond included rounds, and requests for services outside the stated deliverables are subject to additional service order fees.

Platform Services — TheGeekLink & GHL

TheGeekLink is a branded platform product powered by Go High Level (GHL). Access to TheGeekLink and related hosting, CRM tools, and technical support is subject to these Terms as well as GHL's platform policies.

  • Hosting and access are contingent upon active membership or service agreement and timely payment.
  • Service orders (platform changes, updates, builds, or configurations) are separate from hosting and are billed per request or as part of an applicable service package.
  • We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or modifications to the platform. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.
  • We are not responsible for data loss resulting from user error, third-party platform issues, or actions taken by GHL as the underlying platform provider.

Virtual Mailbox & Postal Services — HostMyPost.com

HostMyPost.com provides USPS-approved virtual mailbox and business address services through an authorized Anytime Mail provider relationship.

  • Virtual mailbox services are billed on a recurring basis and governed by the terms presented at enrollment on HostMyPost.com.
  • Misuse of the business address for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes will result in immediate termination of service without refund or credit.
  • Physical mail handling, forwarding fees, and scan requests may carry additional fees as disclosed at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for mail that is lost, delayed, or misdirected by USPS or third-party carriers.

Digital Products — PrimoPrompts.com

Digital products sold via PrimoPrompts.com, including prompt guides and downloadable content, are governed by site-specific terms presented at checkout on that platform. General principles applicable to all digital products include:

  • All digital product sales are final. Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital downloads, no refunds or credits will be issued once a product has been delivered or accessed.
  • Digital products are licensed for personal or single-business use only. Resale, redistribution, or use in training commercial AI systems without written permission is prohibited.

Funnel Services — FunnelMyNiche.com

FunnelMyNiche.com provides funnel administration, hosting, and design services. Unless superseded by site-specific terms presented at checkout:

  • Funnel design and setup services are rendered upon completion of the agreed deliverables as described at time of purchase.
  • Hosting for funnels built on our platform is subject to active service agreement and timely payment.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, copy, and assets in a timely manner. Delays caused by client inaction do not extend refund or credit eligibility periods.
  • We are not responsible for ad performance, conversion rates, or third-party traffic results associated with any funnel we build or host.

Physical Space — Coworking & Private Rentals

Use of The Detroit Business Boutique's physical space is subject to the following:

  • All guests must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward staff, members, and other guests.
  • Disruptive behavior, harassment, property damage, or violations of posted space rules may result in immediate removal without refund or credit and permanent loss of booking privileges.
  • Alcohol, controlled substances, or prohibited items are not permitted unless pre-approved in writing by management.
  • You are financially responsible for any damage to the space, equipment, or furnishings caused by you or your guests during your booking period.
  • Capacity limits and posted rules must be observed at all times.

Memberships

Memberships provide access to specified services, resources, and benefits as described in the applicable membership tier at the time of enrollment.

  • Membership benefits are non-transferable and for the use of the enrolled member only.
  • Membership pricing, inclusions, and terms are subject to change. Members will be notified of material changes to their active membership tier.
  • Downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Access to member-only spaces, platforms, or resources is contingent upon active membership status.

Intellectual Property

All branded content, frameworks, training materials, visual assets, written content, digital tools, proprietary systems, and service methodologies created by or for The Detroit Business Boutique — including but not limited to RAMP IT UP™, SWIM™, S³™, System Scribe™, The GeekLink, and related materials — are the exclusive intellectual property of their respective owners as designated by The Detroit Business Boutique.

Clients and users may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, resell, sublicense, or distribute any of our proprietary materials without explicit written permission;
  • Use our frameworks, methodologies, or branded systems in their own commercial offerings without a licensing agreement;
  • Represent our intellectual property as their own in any context.

Content created for a client as part of a paid service order (e.g., their website copy, their funnel assets) remains the client's property upon payment in full.

Third-Party Services & Integrations

Our platforms and services may integrate with or rely on third-party tools including but not limited to Go High Level (GHL), Anytime Mail, payment processors, email service providers, and scheduling platforms. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, policies, or terms of third-party platforms. Your use of integrated third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

Use Restrictions

You agree not to use any of our services, platforms, or spaces for:

  • Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  • Fraudulent activity, including misrepresentation of your identity or business;
  • Harassment, discrimination, or harm directed at staff, members, or other users;
  • Transmission of spam, malware, or unauthorized solicitations through our platforms;
  • Any purpose that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others;
  • Any activity that compromises the security, integrity, or performance of our systems.

Data & Privacy

We collect personal information necessary to provide our services. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Detroit Business Boutique LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability of any service, platform, or digital product. Business outcomes, revenue results, or growth are not guaranteed by any service or product we offer.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Detroit Business Boutique LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of our services, platforms, or space.

In all cases, our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from a specific service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that service in the most recent billing period.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Detroit Business Boutique LLC and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: your use of our services; your breach of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any service, platform, membership, or physical space at any time, with or without notice, for:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms;
  • Non-payment or repeated payment failures;
  • Illegal conduct or misuse of our services, platforms, or space;
  • Any behavior that poses a risk to staff, other members, or the integrity of our business.

Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding financial obligations. All fees accrued prior to termination remain due and payable.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Wayne County, Michigan. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us in good faith to attempt informal resolution of the dispute.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of any service after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes affecting active subscriptions, we will make reasonable efforts to notify members via email or platform notification.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any site-specific terms presented at checkout, applicable membership agreements, and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Detroit Business Boutique LLC regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
